just a club, we are 4 floors of exciting playspace, which has been
going through a refurbishment. The venue is modern, inspiring and
like no other lifestyle venue around. This is because we welcome
everybody to our venue, regardless of their gender, sexual

kept our venue alive since 2005 and that is why we continue to grow

FACILITIES
We
have something for everybody at Townhouse. Across our 4 floors, you
will find playrooms of different sizes, 3 dungeons, including a
cellar dungeon, 2 large social areas with a well stocked, licenced
bar, an enticing wet area with jacuzzi and rainfall showers and a
semi covered, outdoor smoking area with plenty of seating. There
are toilets and showers on 3 floors and large changing rooms with
over 100 lockers. We can provide towels, dressing gowns, toiletries
and free parking (evening only). We provide staff who will welcome
you onto the premises and serve you and your guests if you
wish.
WHO CAN HIRE?
ANYBODY!! As long as you are over
18 and your guests are also over 18.
We have hired our venue out for
private swinging parties for groups as small as 20 and as large as
160. We have hired to couples for their private meets with other
couples and singles, to greedy girls for afternoon parties, to
photographers for small and large photoshoots, to stag and hen
parties, to film crews, to rock bands for practice and to shoot
music videos, to instructors for dance classes and last but not
least, to fetishists for BDSM play sessions and Dominatrix for
professional sessions.
